Moscoso is best known for his psychedelic rock posters, advertisements and underground comix in San Francisco during the ’60s and \u201870s. The New York Times observes, \u201cMoscoso\u2019s riotous, perceptually and conceptually confounding works advanced a countercultural ethos of imaginative and instinctual freedom whose effects continue to reverberate in today\u2019s artistic culture.\u201d<\/p>\n
